503 Real Estate first opened it's doors in Battle Ground, Washington in 1986. Irv Lahti and his partner Ernie Dunning started 503 Real Estate in nearly the same place it is located today, some 17 years later.

Purchased in 1995 by Sharon Walters, it has continued to change and grow with the community. With it's focus changing from buying and selling land in the early years, to today, where land use changes have forced 503 to focus more on buying and selling homes and acreage.
